Ready to Join?

Please complete the membership form below. Your $30 membership fee can be paid online using your credit card, via Interac Money Transfer, or you can post in a cheque. (For credit card payments, we use a payment processor called Stripe. We are unfortunately unable to offer payment through PayPal due to high fees charged for their business-level payment plan.)

If you encounter any issues with payment or form submission please contact us.

NOTE: This membership is for self-employed women located on Canada’s Sunshine Coast, BC – not Australia.

How to use this form:

  1. Fill in your name, street address, email address and phone number. These are for internal use at SEWN.
  2. Take care to address the two checkboxes which control whether you will be included in our directory and whether your address will be shown. By default, our membership software puts you in the directory and includes your address in your listing.
  3. Choose to pay either by cheque (via Canada Post) or online (using Stripe). To pay with Stripe, you will have to enter your credit card information on this page. To ensure you are accessing this page in a secure mode, check that https:// displays in front of our website URL in the address bar. If the “s” is missing, you are not in a secure mode and should not enter your credit card.
  4. Click the Join SEWN! button. That enters you into our database.
  5. If you indicated you want to be in the directory, the form will now ask you for information for your listing. You’ll have the opportunity to upload your logo and also several images (the thumbnails of which will be automatically cropped square) , and type in a detailed description of your business. You’ll be able to change these at any time in the future (including uploading your logo and photo if you don’t have them handy now).
  6. You’ll then be asked a few questions that will help us understand the SEWN community so we can serve you better.
  7. And finally, you’ll be asked to read our short privacy statement and agree to it.
